  I don't go to this jack in the box anymore, the burgers taste like they have been sitting in a heater for hours and If they are even a little busy your order is usually wrong, i just go to McKinney, much better taste and service.

  The place wasn't busy during lunch and I should have know then not to stop. The place was dirty, the bathrooms were at least clean. It took almost 5 minutes to find anyone to take our order and another 30 minutes for them to get it done. They were throwing food on the floor, wiping their faces with their hands, then making the food. It was disgusting! There was one employee that was just standing there. Someone said we need to get food cooked and she said I don't care, they can wait. We tried to get our money back, but they refused to even find a manager. I waited a good ten minuets, then finally they said she left. We left. We will never go back.
