  I travel quite often and on every trip I always find at least one coffee shop and try their version of a white chocolate mocha. That is what I did when I stopped here at Kyrie's. The coffee was up to my standards, a little bitter but still good. The staff was nice and patient. The store was very clean and welcoming.

  This might come off a bit hipster, but that is not my intent. I love finding local coffeehouses that are true to form. This is a great local coffeehouse that I found on a lark while looking for somewhere to kill time in the morning. Alot of times a normal cup of coffee in a coffeehouse seems an afterthought, but not here. The coffee is amazing, has great flavor, not watery or burnt. The coffee cake was the perfect compliment to great coffee. If you're in our around Van Alstyne, Texas, take the detour off US 75 east to TX 5 and just behind the post office to the east you'll find this hidden gem of a coffeshop. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing coffee, what else do you need?
